Capture .NET and Screen Rulers, your utils

At Freeware Files you can find many, many useful utilities, a little description about and a direct link to download from. Rarely utilities are so concise in its purposes. Capture .NET re sample some of them in a unique tool that sits into the system tray of Windows. Ruler, magnifier, some system utilities and much more, i would like you to discover it.

Right now let's examine three rulers i found around, just to measure if you are not sure. I used the lovely PMeter for many time and after reinstalling the OS, I've lost it sadly. It's an excellent ruler for the Desktop and incorporate a little magnifier and rotate/sizing functions.

Loosing also the bookmarks, iI had to look for a tool to measure my CSS pixels and I found what have "replaced" PMeter in my heart. This standalone ruler, is a ruler only, rich, configurable in transparency and units and good looking: WonderWebWare Screen Ruler. I suggest you to take a look at the utilities on this site, are cool, feel free to comment. Discover. Just the last word is for MeasureIt a Firefox extension, very useful too. Many thanks to people involved to develop Freeware!, this is the case.
